LAIDNA Technology Elektronik Ticaret Limited Şirketi provides B2B sourcing, Request for Quotation (RFQ) management, and product information services for automotive electronic components. Product listings are for informational purposes; prices and availability are confirmed per individual RFQ.
3. User Accounts
Partner accounts require accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
4. RFQ & Orders
RFQ submissions constitute a request for pricing only — not a binding purchase order. A binding contract is formed only upon written acceptance of an official quotation and receipt of a purchase order by LAIDNA.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — is the property of LAIDNA Technology or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
LAIDNA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information contained herein. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bursa courts.
